Requirements
- Active or conditional RN license in the state
- AHA BLS and ACLS certifications
- 1+ year of experience in specialty
- Recent acute care experience
- Skills checklist in matching specialty
- 2 recent Manager/Supervisor references in matching specialty
- NURSYS verification report showing all licenses (past or present)

Compliance / Notes
- Must work every other major holiday
- Flu vaccine required during flu season
- RTO must be included at time of submission
