Job Description The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for delivering full-cycle recruiting services while acting as a strategic advisor to business leaders. This role drives talent acquisition initiatives, develops effective sourcing strategies, supports workforce planning efforts, and ensures a positive candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Core Responsibilities Work Product Creation, Project Management, Coordination with Team Members Create sourcing plans and candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Develop compelling job advertisements and recruitment marketing content to attract top talent. Produce candidate assessments, interview summaries, and hiring recommendations for hiring managers. Generate market intelligence reports, including talent availability, compensation benchmarks, and competitive hiring trends. Contribute to employer branding initiatives and talent attraction campaigns that enhance the company's reputation in the marketplace. Operations Manage full-cycle recruitment activities, including requisition intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding support. Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, position requirements, and organizational objectives. Source candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals, and direct outreach. Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate evaluations to identify qualified talent. Coordinate interview schedules and manage communication between candidates, hiring managers, and interview teams. Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure data integrity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Manage and continuously improve the organization's college and university recruiting strategy, including planning and executing career fairs, campus recruiting events, internship programs, and talent pipeline initiatives to attract emerging talent from targeted academic institutions. Provide timely candidate status updates and deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Monitor recruitment workflows to ensure compliance with organizational policies and employment regulations. Qualifications & Competencies Bachelor's degree and 5 years of related experience, a Master's degree and 3 years of related experience, or 8 years of related experience and no degree. Experience recruiting within professional services or consulting environments strongly preferred. Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruiting platforms, and sourcing tools. Experience recruiting across multiple functions and levels, including professional, technical, leadership, and hard-to-fill roles. Knowledge & Skills Knowledge of employment laws, hiring regulations, and recruiting best practices. Career fair planning, employer branding, event management, and university partnership development. Talent market trends, compensation structures, and competitive hiring practices. Written and verbal communication, presentation, and influencing skills. A new hire’s starting compensation is determined by their experience, geographical location, scope of the role at the time of hire, and Company affordability. Our ranges are structured to reward growth and performance, ensuring there is room for advancement and long-term opportunity. The salary ranges for this role are as follows:

• 75,000 - $205,000 USD annually (Geographical Tier AA - Sample Locations: NY Metro, San Franscisco, San Jose, Seattle)
• 70,000 - $190,000 USD annually (Geographical Tier A - Sample Locations: Irvine CA, Middlesex NJ, Tacoma WA, Boston, Alexandria)
• 64,000 - $174,000 USD annually (Geographical Tier B - Sample Locations - Baltimore, Chicago, Anchorage, Portland)
• 58,000 - $158,000 USD annually (Geographical Tier C - Sample Locations - Atlanta, Charlotte, Cincinnati, Miami)
• 55,000 - $150,000 USD annually (Geographical Tier D - Sample Locations - Mississippi, Mobile AL, Bowling Green KY, Tulsa)
