- Preparation of current year Balance Sheet and Income Statement business cuts going into year-end, and similar cuts for prior-years to facilitate the preparation of comparative financials
- Legal entity consolidation of segregate business activities (via a Branch) for all regulatory reporting, including due diligence over inter-co settlement and OTC derivative and other netting
- Backfill coverage for BAU legal entity control tasks (as existing SME is pulled into ad-hoc reporting/analysis)
- Facilitate discussions with broader groups on transactions having potential Reg W impact (e.g., structured notes booking, initial margin cost on hedging interest rate risk on Parent)
- Accounting / Finance background of broker-dealer entities
- Legal entity financial and regulatory reporting and/or public accounting experience
- Self-starter and able to perform effectively with minimal supervision
