Registered Nurse, Contact Center, Every Other Weekend

As a Registered Nurse, you'll provide high-quality, patient-centered behavioral health care while working alongside an experienced interdisciplinary team dedicated to helping individuals on their journey toward recovery. What You'll Do Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans Coordinate patient care with physicians and the interdisciplinary treatment team Provide compassionate, person-centered nursing care in a behavioral health setting Educate patients and families regarding treatment and discharge planning Monitor patient safety and respond to changes in clinical condition Document assessments, interventions, and patient progress Delegate and support nursing and direct care staff Promote a safe, therapeutic environment for patients and staff Participate in quality improvement initiatives and uphold nursing best practices Qualifications Current Michigan Registered Nurse (RN) license Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred Previous clinical nursing experience preferred Passion for providing compassionate behavioral health care 403(b) retirement plan with Pine Rest match Generous PTO for eligible full- and part-time employees Tuition assistance & student loan forgiveness Employee Assistance Program (therapy, legal, financial, gym discounts, and more) Davenport University tuition discounts for employees and eligible family members Why Behavioral Health Nursing?
