Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Label Control

• Prepare, distribute, and reprint labels daily for carton/pallet pickers.
• Maintain consistent label flow to support safe, accurate, and efficient picking.
• Track and document all label distribution.

Yard Coordination

• Use Y/WMS to communicate trailer movements to yard drivers.
• Ensure trailers are properly secured (chocked, green light active) before loading or movement.

Administrative Functions

• Perform shipment data entry and issue seals to loaders.
• Verify shipment details (seal, trailer, store numbers) and prepare Bills Of Lading (BOLs).
• Schedule LTL pickups (as needed).
• Print assignments, maintain organized records, and track downtime.
• Communicate professionally with staff, management, and visitors.
• Support supervisors and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Safety, Sanitation, Security

• Maintain a clean, organized, and secure work area.
• Safeguard seals, documents, and equipment.
• Distribute and track tools (RF guns, bolt cutters, etc.).
• Follow OSHA/MSDS standards and promote safe operations.

Other Duties

• Operate equipment (RF scanners, computers, powered equipment) safely.
• Follow company policies and ISO procedures.
• Work in varying environmental conditions.
• Perform physical tasks including lifting (25+ lbs), walking, climbing, and repetitive movements.
• Assist in different operational areas as needed.
• Work overtime as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
