Procure Personnel is looking for a dynamic and driven Administrative Clerk to help us power success for both our clients and our workforce. What You'll Get:
  • A consistent Monday–Friday daytime schedule 5:45am-2:30pm

What You'll Do:

  • Act as the go-to person for daily employee check-ins and attendance tracking.
  • Support new hires and ensure smooth first-day experiences.
  • Keep things moving by coordinating with recruiters and client supervisors.
  • Stay organized with basic reporting and record-keeping.
  • Help foster a positive, professional, and team-focused environment.


What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in staffing, recruiting, or production coordination is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills—you’re a natural connector.
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish is a big plus.
  • Comfort with basic computer tasks (email, spreadsheets, timekeeping tools).
  • You’re dependable, organized, and ready to roll with early-day shifts.
