Revenue Accountant, AI-Driven SaaS Revenue

Gusto is seeking a Revenue Accountant to own revenue recognition for the Retirement segment and support new revenue products. You will ensure ASC 606 compliance, maintain subledger reconciliations, and collaborate with Operations, FP&A, Engineering, and Product to scale processes. The role emphasizes building automation with AI tools, Python/SQL, and Excel scripting to reduce manual work and increase accuracy, while supporting audits.
