Your Tasks

As a member of the Customer Care team, you are the first point of contact for amnis customers. The main tasks include:

• Processing all types of chat inquiries (potential customers, new customers, existing customers) to ensure a satisfactory customer experience.
• Multichannel communication via phone and email to quickly and customer-oriented resolve inquiries.
• Assisting existing customers with all aspects of our services, from transaction processing to multi-currency accounts, payment solutions, and debit cards.
• Close cooperation with internal departments such as compliance and operations to efficiently handle customer concerns, obtain additional documents, and ensure regulatory requirements.

Your Profile

We are looking for a dedicated individual with the following qualifications:

• Successful professional experience in the field of customer care or customer support (ideally in the B2B or SaaS sector)
• Language skills: German at native level and fluent English (other languages are advantageous)
• Independent, self-reliant, and customer-oriented work
• High technical affinity for software solutions in the financial sector
• Basic knowledge and/or interest in the financial market and economic connections
