Customer Care Specialist
SGS Consulting
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and occasional in-person interactions
- Process orders, transactions, repairs, and calibration requests
- Coordinate with laboratories, logistics, vendors, and internal departments
- Provide service updates, quotations, and delivery/pickup scheduling
- Expedite customer requests and ensure timely resolution of issues
- Maintain accurate customer and service records in the CRM system
- Perform data entry and documentation following SOPs and company procedures
- Support onboarding and workflow processes through collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Ensure high-quality customer service and professional communication at all times
- Adapt to hybrid work schedules and participate in training programs
Skills:
- Customer service and customer support experience
- CRM system/data entry experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Email and phone support handling
- Order processing and scheduling coordination
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Education/Experience:
- High School
