The Client
Our client is a luxury residential developer and owner's representative firm with over 20 years in the Miami market. Specializing in ultra-high-end single-family homes valued up to $150M, they're known for exceptional craftsmanship and an uncompromising attention to detail. Operating almost exclusively on referrals, the firm has built deep trust and a stellar reputation throughout the industry.
The Projects
Our client's portfolio features contemporary architecture paired with tasteful interior design, resulting in stunning waterfront homes of up to 20,000 square feet.
The Role
Due to continued growth, our client is seeking a skilled Project Manager to provide end-to-end oversight of luxury residential projects, acting as owner's representative and advocating for homeowners' interests throughout the build. The ideal candidate is confident, polished, and personable in client-facing settings, with the experience and gravitas to build trust with UHNW clients.
