As a UX & Product Designer at INTERSPORT, you will play a pivotal role in shaping customer journeys across our unified online and offline commerce platform. This role focuses on designing, testing, and improving both web and mobile experiences to enhance customer satisfaction and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and optimize user experiences for web and mobile platforms.
- Conduct user testing and gather feedback to iterate on designs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design strategies with business goals.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design ideas effectively.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in UX design.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in UX and Product Design.
- Strong proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
- Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
- Solid understanding of responsive design principles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
