Come join our team as we innovate both in the clinical setting and in practice operations!As our mission is safe patient care, we require all our employees to be vaccinated as such vaccinations are available, and subject to the narrow exceptions provided by applicable law.ResponsibilitiesAnswers busy, multi-line phone system, providing top-notch customer serviceGreets patients and visitors in a prompt, courteous, and accommodating mannerKnowledgeable of providers in the office and treatments they provideKnowledgeable of skin care products available at the officeFocus on product sales with every patientMaintains work area and lobby in neat mannerSchedules patient appointments and visitsRegisters patients using NexTech Practice Management System, entering demographics, copying patients' insurance card and specifies subscriber/subscriber DOBProvides insurance authorization supportCollects co-pays and/or patient balance(s), providing patient receipt and maintaining receipt logbook, and maintaining/balancing daily cash logRequirementsProven working experience as a medical receptionist and/or medical records clerk, at least one (1) yearEMR experience preferredKnowledge of medical office management systems and proceduresExcellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize workSocial perceptiveness and service orientedExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational and planning skillsPrior experience with management of paper recordsProficiency in MS Office and patient management software, NextechMust be able to lift up to 25 pounds on a routine basisHigh school diploma or equivalentMust be willing to travel to nearby CSI practice locationsBenefits and PerksWe value our employees' time and efforts.
