Position Summary
We are seeking an operations focused HRBP to support its field and corporate teams. This role serves as a trusted partner to operational leadership, owns employee relations across the organization, manages the HRIS platform (ADP), and leads a team of nine HR professionals.Key Responsibilities
- Partner directly with regional operations leaders to align HR support with day to day business needs
- Own employee relations across the organization, including guidance, investigations, and resolution of workplace issues
- Administer and maintain the ADP HRIS platform, including employee data integrity, reporting, and system workflows
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of nine HR professionals
- Support performance management, workforce planning, and policy administration in the field
- Help maintain compliance with employment regulations across the states our clients operate in
- Act as a visible HR presence supporting a safety-first culture
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as an HR business partner, ideally within field services, construction, infrastructure, or another operations heavy industry
- Prior experience leading or managing an HR team
- Strong working knowledge of ADP or a comparable HRIS platform
- Demonstrated employee relations expertise, including investigations
- Comfortable traveling to regional locations as needed
