Human Resources Business Partner | Dallas, TX

Join IMEG as an HR Business Partner (HRBP) in Dallas, TX . In this role, you will align business objectives with employees and leaders across assigned functions. The HRBP partners with stakeholders throughout the organization to deliver value-added HR solutions that support and advance the company's business goals. This role also provides guidance and interpretation of HR policies to both management and employees. Principal Responsibilities Participate in regular meetings with client executives and teams. Analyze trends and metrics with the HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies. Manage and resolve employee relations issues; conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations. Understand basic legal principles and seek additional information to support day‑to‑day employee management, reducing legal risks and supporting regulatory compliance. Partner with the legal department and HR leadership as needed. Provide HR and performance management guidance to team management through scheduled meetings and ongoing discussions (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions). Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention. Recruit, interview, and facilitate the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborate with departmental managers to understand required skills and competencies. Assist with visa sponsorships and related HR matters. Identify training needs for disciplines, teams, and individuals in conjunction with HR leadership. Required Skills / Abilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict‑resolution skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy. Ability to keep information confidential and secured. Strong customer service skills. Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply portions of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies. Ability to acquire a thorough understanding of the organization’s hierarchy, jobs, qualifications, compensation practices, and related administrative practices. Excellent time management, organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when appropriate. Thorough knowledge of employment‑related laws and regulations. Familiarity with HRIS and/or the ability to quickly learn computer applications; Workday experience preferred. Working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines, including compensation, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and federal and state employment laws. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to travel up to 25% with occasional overnight stays. Education and Experience Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field (required). Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources (preferred).
