Job Summary Service Center Modesto – Stratos Way is looking for an Office Administrator to perform all-purpose duties, including providing front‑office teammates with the necessary tools, training, and information to effectively perform their jobs; ensuring accurate and timely payroll and HR‑related administration and record‑keeping for all center associates; maintaining Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable accounts, and Cash Handling procedures to company standards; and delivering a world‑class customer experience through consistent application of Caliber Standard Operating Procedures and ongoing training and monitoring. Responsibilities Assist front‑office teammates with tools, training, and information needed for their duties. Provide accurate and timely payroll and HR‑related administration and record‑keeping for all center associates. Maintain Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable accounts, and Cash Handling procedures to company standards. Ensure a world‑class customer experience by consistently applying Caliber Standard Operating Procedures through ongoing training and monitoring. Requirements 2+ years of experience in a customer‑facing environment. 1+ year of experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll (preferred). Valid driver’s license and eligibility for coverage under company insurance policy. Eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions. Abilities / Skills / Knowledge Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to navigate multiple software systems, i.e., Microsoft Office Suite. Skill in working through competing priorities and adapting to a fast‑paced environment. Personable, friendly customer‑service attitude toward internal and external customers.
