Responsibilities

• Provide gentle and attentive care to infants throughout the day
• Adhere to established feeding, diapering, and nap routines
• Support infants' developmental milestones through interactive play, conversations, and engagement
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment
• Communicate daily with families about their child's care and progress
• Contribute to a nurturing team environment

Requirements

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Experience working with infants or in a childcare setting is preferred
• Must be reliable and punctual with a strong attendance record
• Must be able to work scheduled hours and stay until 6:00 PM when scheduled
• Must have reliable transportation
• Ability to lift, carry, and provide active care for infants
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors when necessary
• Must meet state childcare licensing requirements
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
