Mortgage Loan Processor

To support a growing mortgage lending team, the full-time Mortgage Loan Processor will manage a pipeline of 40-50 loans per month, ensuring accuracy in loan applications and maintaining professional communication with customers and stakeholders, all while working remotely with a schedule of Monday to Friday, including two weekend days per month. Key responsibilities Review and reconcile loan application packages for completeness and accuracy Gather required documentation from customers and third parties to support loan approval decisions Calculate and analyze income, assets, and liabilities while providing exceptional customer service Required qualifications Minimum of 2 years recent mortgage loan processing experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office, DU, LP, and CRM systems Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach High-speed internet connection with specified minimum speeds for remote work
