Job Description We are seeking an experienced Penetration Tester to join our cybersecurity team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about discovering system vulnerabilities and skilled in using both creative and systematic approaches to penetrate our clients' digital defenses, enhancing their overall security posture. Responsibilities Conduct simulated cyber attacks on clients’ systems, networks, and applications to identify and exploit vulnerabilities. Develop new penetration tools and methods to improve testing processes. Prepare detailed reports on findings and recommend strategies for security enhancements. Stay updated with the latest cybersecurity trends, tools, and threat landscapes. Collaboratively work with cybersecurity and IT teams to refine security measures. Perform regular security audits and risk assessments. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in penetration testing or ethical hacking. Proficiency in penetration testing tools such as Metasploit, Burp Suite, OWASP ZAP, and especially Kali Linux toolsets. Strong understanding of network protocols, cryptography, and application security. Certifications like OSCP, CEH, GPEN, or equivalent are highly desirable. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Additional Requirements In-depth knowledge and hands‑on experience with Kali Linux and its comprehensive suite of penetration testing tools are essential for this role.
