About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) for Lending Solutions with a focus on Portfolio Management. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of activities, including credit monitoring, reviews, and administration across various lending portfolios. This role demands a professional with a strong background in CIB lending, credit analysis, and portfolio management, particularly in the areas of infrastructure finance, structured finance, leveraged finance, and investment-grade corporate lending. The COO will be tasked with maintaining a disciplined portfolio management framework, ensuring timely and accurate monitoring of credit, covenants, collateral, and documentation obligations, and supporting sustainable portfolio governance. Key responsibilities for the COO include preparing and reviewing credit assessments, monitoring financial and non-financial covenants, and coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure compliance. The role also involves supporting amendments, waivers, and other lifecycle events, as well as preparing portfolio reports for senior management and regulatory stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, with 7-10 years in relevant roles, and possess strong skills in credit and financial statement analysis, portfolio management, and stakeholder collaboration. Experience with credit spreading tools, covenant systems, and loan systems is essential, with a preference for those familiar with Loan IQ. The COO should demonstrate sound credit judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to mentor junior team members.
