Payroll Analyst

Artech

We are currently seeking a "Payroll Analyst" for a Contract role with one of our clients based in California (100% Remote). Please apply if you would be interested and available for it.

Duration: 06+ Months Contract
Pay Range: $30 - $35/Hr on W2
Location: 100% Remote

Job Description :

Hands on global payroll end to end processing.
Reconciling payroll calculations, payroll reports.
Ensuring payroll data and payments are aligned with country/local compliance.
Monitor payroll emails and payroll tickets ensuring timely responses and support.
Supporting team as needed.

Key requirements:

High Volume experience.
Excel (VLookup, Pivot tables, etc)
Start Up flexibitility (fast paced, quickly changing - must be able to work in superfast enviroment).
Multi Country experience (examples US, France, Brazil, Singapore).
Proactive problem solver with ability to identify root causes and best practice solutions with minimal direction.
Understanding of internal controls.
