Payroll Analyst
Artech Information Systems LLC
We are currently seeking a "Payroll Analyst" for a Contract role with one of our clients based in California (100% Remote). Please apply if you would be interested and available for it.
Duration: 06+ Months ContractPay Range: $30 - $35/Hr on W2
Location: 100% Remote Job Description :
- Hands on global payroll end to end processing.
- Reconciling payroll calculations, payroll reports.
- Ensuring payroll data and payments are aligned with country/local compliance.
- Monitor payroll emails and payroll tickets ensuring timely responses and support.
- Supporting team as needed.
- High Volume experience.
- Excel (VLookup, Pivot tables, etc)
- Start Up flexibitility (fast paced, quickly changing - must be able to work in superfast enviroment).
- Multi Country experience (examples US, France, Brazil, Singapore).
- Proactive problem solver with ability to identify root causes and best practice solutions with minimal direction.
- Understanding of internal controls.
