FP&A Manager, Revenue

What You’ll Do As the FP&A Manager, Revenue, you will partner with business leaders inside and outside the finance and accounting team. You will synthesize complex financial and operational data to help the organization reach and track revenue targets, make key decisions on pricing, packaging, and incentives, and play a key role in annual budgeting, monthly reforecasts, and operational target attainment. Own the revenue forecast by working directly with sales and product leadership across the organization, testing and validating sales assumptions and providing recommendations to leadership to assist in target achievement. Review product pricing and make pricing recommendations to help the company reach revenue and profit targets. Aid in the review and design of commission plans, customer, and salesperson incentives. Provide ongoing development and improvement of budgeting, financial forecasting, operating plan, and modeling tools. Work with departments and business units to understand key business drivers and requirements, and help track and influence those drivers. Develop and monitor key performance indicators, highlighting trends and variance analysis by creating clear weekly and monthly reports. Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives. Improve performance by evaluating processes to drive efficiencies and understand ROI in marketing programs, pricing, and new initiatives. Analyze large data sets and complex financial information and reports to provide accurate, timely financial recommendations for management decision making. Continuously improve data quality and prioritize accuracy of inputs used in financial decision making. Who You Are Degree in Accounting or Finance. 5+ years’ experience in financial planning and analysis. Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills. Strong knowledge of financial reporting and accounting. Robust financial modeling skills. Ability to think critically and solve problems at a high level. Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools strongly preferred. Excellent time‑management skills. Ability to manage and analyze large data sets. Strong attention to detail while keeping sight of the bigger picture. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Initiative‑taker, curious and inquisitive, with a mindset of continuous improvement. Where You Will Be This position is based in our New York headquarters. We work a hybrid schedule with a current minimum of two team‑wide designated days in the office. Expected Hours of Work Full‑time position. Flexible schedule, Monday through Friday, with possible holidays and weekends required.
