Senior Business Analyst - Texas Licensed

Supporting business, policy, and technical execution within the MMIS and Medicaid Pharmacy environments, the fully remote Senior Business Analyst - Texas Licensed will act as a domain and policy subject matter expert, translating Medicaid policy into product features and ensuring operational readiness. Key responsibilities Serve as the primary Domain SME, advising on business processes and ensuring solutions align with CMS guidance and state policy Lead requirements and design sessions, translating federal and state Medicaid policies into system configuration and design artifacts Support operational readiness and deployment, providing domain expertise for testing and transition to operations Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Health Informatics, or a related field 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience supporting healthcare system implementations, including MMIS solutions Strong knowledge of state and federal Medicaid policy, regulations, and program rules Demonstrated experience translating policy and program rules into system requirements and design artifacts Strong knowledge of SQL for data analysis and validation
