Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is just one component of our competitive Total Rewards package, which includes wellness programs designed to support our team members' financial, physical, and mental well-being. • This position works with several types of chemicals; proper precautions are taken.
• This position occasionally works outside and is subject to all weather conditions.
• Ability to move around work area effectively and efficiently.
• Ability to inspect and clean areas of responsibility.
• Must be able to balance, climb and crawl as position is at times required to use ladders, as well as clean ground level areas, will be required to lift, push, and pull 50 pounds throughout an 8-our shift.
• Must be able to transport all supplies to and from work areas.
• Prior janitorial experience preferred but not required.
• The skills necessary for this position are typically acquired through at least two months' on-the-job training or related experience.
