An established employment firm based in Fresno with over 20 years in practice defending employers is seeking a Litigation Attorney with 2+ years of experience to join their team. This Attorney will have experience with litigation, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations while representing clients in litigation, counseling, and labor and employment matters. If you are coming from another practice area we are open to training! Offer:Salary range: $120,000-$180,000, contingent on experienceMedical, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off and holidays401(k) or retirement plan optionsProfessional development and continuing legal education supportQualifications:The candidate must be admitted to the California Bar and in good standing.The candidate must have experience handling litigation, mediations, depos, and more. The candidate must have strong research, writing, and communication skills.The candidate must be able to manage cases independently and collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients.The candidate must demonstrate sound judgment and the ability to provide practical, business-oriented legal advice.Responsibilities:The Attorney will counsel employers on compliance with state and federal employment laws.The Attorney will represent clients in administrative proceedings and litigation related to labor and employment issues.The Attorney will prepare legal documents, including motions, briefs, and advisory memoranda.The Attorney will collaborate with clients to provide strategic guidance and support on personnel matters and workplace policies.The Attorney will assist clients in developing proactive solutions to minimize legal risks and prevent disputes.
