Customer Success Coordinator

We are looking for an entry-level Customer Success Coordinator to join our Customer Success team! This team builds strong client relationships, drives client success, and collaborates with cross-functional teams. The Customer Success team is responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, managing deliverables, and providing strategic recommendations. These client-facing roles require a blend of relationship management, data analysis, and strategy to drive performance and growth. About the Opportunity The Customer Success Coordinator will work closely with the Customer Success team through owning various recurring tasks such as ad management, media preparation, data compilation, and issue resolution, to name a few. Support CS team in recurring day-to-day and month-to-month initiatives Assistance with media and product implementation throughout the month as client needs arise Assist with execution of client deliverables ranging from Creative to Media to Product by partnering with the applicable internal teams Document client requests, action items, and account updates Become comfortable participating in recurring client-facing calls and meetings Support presentation preparation for in-person client meetings and business reviews Support process documentation and operational initiatives Support in identifying opportunities to improve campaign performance and customer outcomes Help maintain internal knowledge bases and customer resources Participate in customer strategy discussions and account planning meetings Develop an understanding of customer goals, workforce challenges, and campaign objectives What You'll Bring to the Table The CS Coordinator identifies as a proactive, eager, detail-oriented problem-solver that isn't afraid of a fast-paced environment + day-to-day challenges.
