Strategic HR Business Partner - Sports Growth

NWSL Atlanta is seeking a strategic and hands-on Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support our growing soccer organization. This on-site role will partner with leadership to drive workforce planning, associate relations, performance management, and compliance. During the startup phase (2026–2027), the HRBP will lead recruitment and onboarding in collaboration with Talent Acquisition and HRSS. The role reports to the AMBSE President of Soccer and BFOB HR leadership, working primarily at #J-18808-Ljbffr AMB Group LLC
