Managing full tender submissions for GE Digital Software solutions, the full-time remote Proposals Manager will develop proposals, lead internal commercial meetings, and ensure compliance with contract commitments while addressing commercial risks. Key responsibilities Own full tender submissions, including costing, pricing, and deal strategy, ensuring compliance with ITO processes Lead internal commercial meetings and risk reviews to secure management approvals and mitigate technical and commercial risks Coordinate proposal outputs to meet bid delivery dates and maintain high-quality submissions to customers Required qualifications Advanced experience in Sales & Proposals Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college Fluent communication skills in English At least 6 years of experience in relevant job functions for U.S. based positions Demonstrated experience navigating public sector procurement regulations in Latin America
