You’ll get to: Procurement Manager will support execution of category strategy within their region.Be a critical thinker that can analyze the current situation, develop a plan to improve, and execute the plan while be able to communicate the plan to obtain internal adoption.Identify and onboard new suppliers that are in alignment with the category strategyDrive world class cost and margin enhancement (TCO Improvement) to deliver 5% YOY productivityLead and manage supplier relationships as the local representative for global affiliatesSupport the Lead Category Manager (LCM) on project management and executing category and regional strategiesExperience building category cost models/clean sheets, and monitoring raw material, FX, and market trendsThe Person: You love to learn and grow and be acknowledged for your valuable contributions.
