The company is looking for an IT Support Specialist to provide hands-on technical support across hardware, software, systems, and networking. The role involves acting as the first point of contact for IT issues while gaining exposure to broader infrastructure and network administration.

Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Install and configure desktops, laptops and servers
- Manage and prioritize IT support tickets
- Set up and support new user accounts
- Perform software upgrades, patching and maintenance
- Monitor networks and manage backups
- Support firewall and network administration
- Maintain hardware and software inventory
- Train users on hardware and software
- Escalate and collaborate on complex technical issues
Skills/Must Have:
- 3+ years relevant IT experience
- Strong hardware and software troubleshooting
- TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and VPN knowledge
- Software installation and configuration experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple technical priorities
- Valid driver’s license
Desirable Skills:
- Microsoft 365, Google Workspace or AWS
- VMware or Hyper-V experience
- IT security and firewall knowledge
- CompTIA A+, MCSA, CCNA or ACMT certification
