Macy's is seeking a Senior Director, Treasury Capital Markets in a hybrid role, located in New York City or Cincinnati. You will lead debt issuance, treasury policy, and pension oversight while coordinating with executives to optimize capital structure and liquidity.
You will drive capital allocation, manage external partners, and guide strategic transactions, reporting to the SVP, Corporate Finance and Treasury. MBA/CFA/CPA preferred and 10+ years in finance are expected.
