Senior Immigration Partner/Counsel — Corporate Visas (Cincinnati)

Taft Infrastructure Advisors
Taft is seeking an experienced Partner or Counsel to join its Immigration group in the Cincinnati office. The ideal candidate will bring 8+ years of immigration practice, with a strong emphasis on business-based work and a track record handling nonimmigrant visas and immigrant petitions.
Candidates should have deep knowledge of USCIS, DOL, and DOS processes, strong research, writing and analytical skills, and the ability to liaise with corporate clients, HR teams, and global mobility programs
