Dans le cadre du dveloppement de ses activits B2B, l'entreprise Canal+ Telecom Africa / Canalbox Business recherche un(e) alternant(e) pour assister le Directeur B2B Groupe dans ses missions quotidiennes. Ce poste offre une immersion au cur de la stratgie marketing et commerciale d'un groupe en interaction constante avec ses filiales en Afrique et les diffrentes Directions transverses.
Votre rle et vos missions
Sous la supervision du Directeur B2B Groupe, vous interviendrez sur les missions suivantes :
- Suivi et analyse des performances commerciales : Consolidation et actualisation des reportings hebdomadaires et mensuels (KPIs, ventes, parcs, etc.) ; Participation l'laboration des tableaux de bord et outils de pilotage ; Analyse de carts et proposition de plans d'action.
- Gestion de projets transverses : Suivi oprationnel de projets spcifiques pilots au niveau du sige ; Coordination avec les filiales et les parties prenantes internes ; Participation l'laboration de livrables (prsentations, synthses, fiches projets).
- Appui la structuration de l'activit commerciale : Contribution la mise en place de procdures et d'outils de travail pour harmoniser les pratiques entre filiales ; Participation l'optimisation des processus commerciaux.
- Communication interne et externe : Rdaction et diffusion de communications commerciales (newsletters, prsentations internes) Participation l'organisation d'vnements commerciaux (runions, sminaires, salons) Contribution la mise jour de contenus commerciaux (LinkedIn, brochures, site web, intranet).

Vous tes de formation Bac+4/5 Ecole de commerce, universit ou quivalent, avec une spcialisation commerce, marketing ou management de projet ; Vous tes l'aise avec les outils bureautique (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), une trs bonne matrise d'Excel est primordiale ; Vous avez un esprit d'analyse et de rigueur avec le traitement des donnes ; Vous dot/dote de bonnes capacits rdactionnelles et relationnelles ; Vous avez le sens de l'organisation, de l'autonomie, et de la ractivit ; Vous matrisez parfaitement le franais et l'anglais (crit et oral) afin de communiquer avec nos diffrentes filiales.

Un 1er entretien tlphonique avec une personne de l'quipe RH + une tude de cas prsente en entretien avec le manager, environ 2 semaines en tout, en visio ou en physique!
