You will join the Speech Analytics team within the Customer Relationship Direction, which aims to identify customer contact motives and associated advisor treatment through language and written expressions to implement action plans addressing our quality and business challenges. You will work on configuring filters in the solution based on expressions, closely collaborating with our Speech Analytics team to: categorize contact motives, identify key markers in client and advisor discourse for use case construction, guide the AI in learning client and advisor language, maintain filter performance and documentation, build monitoring dashboards, and contribute to strategic use cases related to Speech Analytics and business teams. You will also perform analyses based on solution elements and current group topics, and client irritants.

If this sounds like you, you are preparing a BAC +4/5 in Customer Relationship Management or Marketing with a data analysis component. You have a particular interest in data and can handle large volumes of data. You are curious and excited about using a new solution central to our client challenges. You have strong analytical, synthesis, and writing skills. You can adapt to change and are organized. You are proficient in the Office Pack and data analysis software (Excel, SQL, Python).

The process includes a first phone interview with an HR team member followed by an interview with the manager and a team member, approximately two weeks in total, via video or in person.
