• Deliver high-acuity care to cardiothoracic surgical and cardiovascular ICU patients
• Manage fresh post-operative hearts and complex cardiovascular cases
• Utilize advanced monitoring, assessments, and interventions
• Collaborate closely with cardiothoracic surgeons, intensivists, and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate documentation in Epic
• Uphold ICU safety, protocols, and evidence-based critical care practices

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years CTICU experience – Required
• Experience with fresh hearts – Required
• Travel experience – Required
• BLS
• ACLS
• NIHSS
• Ability to manage advanced hemodynamic monitoring
• Experience with vasoactive drips, ventilators, and post-operative cardiovascular care
• Must be proficient in Epic
