• Provide direct patient care, including treatments, training, and education, to residents with diverse needs and diagnoses
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and effective communication
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident progress and treatment plans
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss resident care and treatment plans
