Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patients' physical capabilities, needs, and limitations.
• Design and implement customized treatment plans that align with patients' rehabilitation goals based on clinical evaluation and evidence-based practices.
• Utilize advanced therapeutic techniques, modalities, and tools to enhance recovery, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and patient education resources.
• Document patient progress meticulously, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and facilitating effective communication across multidisciplinary teams.
• Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care and address any evolving patient needs.
• Provide education to patients and their families about injury prevention, proposed treatment methodologies, and proper home exercise programs for sustained recovery.

Qualifications

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 110,000 to 130,000 per year, complemented by a performance-based bonus structure.
