Work Environment

This role is based onsite at our state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Facility located in scenic Washington, New Jersey. Our facility is equipped with cutting-edge technology and therapeutic equipment, designed to foster an ideal healing environment. You will collaborate closely with a team of healthcare professionals, including occupational therapists, physicians, and support staff, to deliver comprehensive care tailored to each patient's needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on thorough assessments of each patient's physical capabilities, needs, and goals.
• Monitor and document patients' progress daily using our Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system, ensuring all records are thorough and compliant with healthcare regulations.
• Communicate effectively with patients and their physicians to coordinate care and discuss ongoing treatment strategies, making necessary adjustments based on patient feedback and evaluation results.
• Utilize clinical judgment and expertise to employ evidence-based physical therapy techniques, adapting them as necessary to achieve the best outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families about the rehabilitation process, health maintenance, and preventive strategies to encourage long-term wellness.
• Uphold all federal and state regulations pertaining to physical therapy practices, ensuring ethical standards are always maintained.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, injuries, and chronic conditions. This includes individuals of all ages facing challenges in mobility and function. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required; a Master's Degree or Doctorate is preferred.
