Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to assess their needs and design tailored treatment plans, considering individual diagnoses, functional impairments, and personal goals.
• Utilize a variety of intervention techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities, to facilitate recovery, alleviate pain, and enhance mobility.
• Maintain detailed documentation of patient progress, treatment methods, and outcomes, ensuring compliance with state regulations and clinic policies.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, educating them on treatment approaches and patient progress to optimize care delivery.
• Provide ongoing reassessments to adjust treatment plans as necessary, ensuring they remain aligned with the patients' evolving needs and therapeutic goals.
• Advocate for the use of assistive devices as needed and educate patients and families on their correct utilization to enhance independence.
• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, training sessions, and participation in physical therapy associations, to enhance your skills and clinical knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be responsible for treating a diverse patient population, including children and adults with orthopedic conditions, sports-related injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation needs, and chronic pain disorders. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy is required, with a strong preference for candidates holding a Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
• Current state license to practice Physical Therapy in New Jersey.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey complex medical information effectively.
• Proficiency in computer skills for maintaining patient records and using electronic medical systems.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000, complemented by a generous benefits package including:
