Agile Motion Therapy is actively seeking a full-time Physical Therapist with a minimum of one year of clinical experience to join our dedicated team in Morristown, New Jersey. Work Environment

This position will involve working onsite in the homes of our patients, fostering a personalized and engaging atmosphere conducive to rehabilitation. As a member of our home care team, you will experience the unique challenges and rewards of providing care in diverse home environments. Flexibility is a key feature of our scheduling, offering full-time hours primarily from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, allowing for a work-life balance tailored to your needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical conditions, including mobility, strength, and functional ability, to inform treatment decisions.
• Design and implement customized treatment plans that address the specific rehabilitation goals of each patient, based on initial assessments.
• Utilize hands-on techniques and advanced modalities such as therapeutic exercises, electrical stimulation, and manual therapy to facilitate healing and restore function.
• Provide patient education on body mechanics, injury prevention, and home exercises to empower patients in their recovery journey.
• Monitor patient progress through ongoing assessments and adjust treatment strategies in consultation with patients and their families.
• Foster interdisciplinary collaboration by coordinating care with physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals when necessary.
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records, documenting interventions, progress, and outcomes to ensure high-quality care and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your patient base will include individuals recovering from surgery, managing chronic pain, or experiencing conditions such as osteoarthritis, back and neck pain, fractures, and post-surgical rehabilitation. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required, with a preference for candidates holding a Master's Degree.
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey is mandatory.
• Board certification from the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) is desirable.
• While a minimum of one year of clinical experience is required, candidates with more extensive experience will be highly favored.
• Proficient in advanced physical therapy techniques and modalities to deliver effective treatment outcomes.
• Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to effectively assess and communicate the rehabilitation needs of patients.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in providing home care therapy services is highly desirable, as it equips you with the skills to navigate diverse home settings and patient needs.

Compensation and Benefits
