Guest Services Agent - Aloft & Element NKC

The Aloft & Element North Kansas City is looking for energetic, guest-focused individuals to join our Front Desk / Guest Services team. We are seeking team members who are passionate about hospitality, customer service, and creating memorable guest experiences from check-in to check-out. As a Front Desk Agent, you will serve as one of the first impressions of our Marriott dual-branded hotel, assisting guests with arrivals, departures, reservations, hotel information, and service recovery while helping create a welcoming, upbeat, and service-driven environment. Responsibilities Greet and welcome hotel guests in a friendly and professional manner. Perform guest check-in and check-out procedures accurately. Handle hotel reservations, phone inquiries, and guest requests. Resolve guest concerns and provide service recovery when needed. Maintain knowledge of hotel amenities, local attractions, dining, and entertainment options. Process payments and maintain accurate guest accounts. Work collaboratively with housekeeping, maintenance, food & beverage, and leadership teams to ensure an exceptional guest experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby areas. Uphold Marriott brand standards and guest service expectations. Qualifications Previous hotel front desk, guest service, customer service, retail, or hospitality experience preferred but not required. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
