• Assist in validating investment assumptions, synergies, and downside scenarios

• Prepare transaction economics summaries for investment committees and senior stakeholders

• Support due diligence by analyzing unit economics, margins, and cash conversion

• Collaborate with bankers, investors, and internal teams across transaction execution workflows

Desired Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, or a related discipline

• Strong understanding of financial modeling, valuation, and transaction mechanics

• High proficiency in Excel with experience building structured analytical models

• Strong analytical, quantitative, and critical-thinking skills

• Ability to translate complex economic analyses into clear business insights

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams
