Director, HR Ops & Total Rewards Transformation

SOCOTEC US is transforming how Human Resources supports the business, bringing together multiple operating entities into one integrated organization of approximately 1,700 employees. As part of this transformation, SOCOTEC US has introduced a new HR operating model built around Regional HR Business Partners and enterprise Centers of Excellence.
