Position Overview We are seeking a driven , performance-oriented Sales Representative to support national growth initiatives. This is a fully remote role in a fast-paced environment where accountability, responsiveness, and execution matter. You'll work closely with a small, highly focused team, with direct access to leadership and the ability to make a visible impact quickly. What You'll Do Drive sales growth across assigned territories Execute proven messaging and outreach strategies Engage prospects and educate families on pool safety solutions Follow structured processes and performance benchmarks Maintain consistent follow-through and high responsiveness Collaborate with leadership and support teams to improve results Training & Support We set you up to win. Compensation & Opportunity This position offers a guaranteed draw compensation structure — you are paid either your base salary or commission (whichever is greater) each pay period. For strong performers, earning potential is substantial. An excellent salesperson can earn $60,000–$70,000 between March and July alone , making this an outstanding seasonal earning opportunity with long-term growth potential.
