The job is based entirely onsite at our rehabilitation facility in San Bernardino. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical conditions to develop personalized treatment plans that prioritize patient goals and functionality.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions aimed at enhancing mobility, strength, and overall physical performance in patients with orthopedic conditions.
• Utilize strong manual therapy skills to provide hands-on treatment, ensuring compliance with safety and clinical care standards.
• Collaborate with physicians and a team of healthcare professionals to evaluate patient progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary, ensuring optimal outcomes.
• Participate in educational initiatives, mentoring students, and providing training to peers to foster professional growth and skill development within the team.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge in the field through ongoing education on changes in coding, billing practices, and compliance requirements within the healthcare environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic serves a diverse population of patients, primarily focusing on those recovering from orthopedic surgeries and injuries. These include individuals with conditions such as post-operative knee and hip replacements, sports injuries, and chronic pain syndromes. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in managing rehabilitation programs for pediatric patients and working with their families to achieve the best possible outcomes.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• A current and valid California Physical Therapist License.
• Strong manual therapy skills and a genuine passion for facilitating patient recovery.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to foster strong therapeutic relationships with patients and their families.
• Solid understanding of human anatomy and physiology as it pertains to physical therapy practices.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a physical therapist, with a strong preference for those who have worked in an orthopedic outpatient setting.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this full-time position ranges from $110,000 to $125,000 per year, commensurate with experience, in addition to a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your health and well-being:
