Work Environment

This onsite position requires you to work directly with patients at our well-appointed clinic, collaborating with a team comprising two experienced physical therapists and one physical therapy assistant (PTA). The clinic operates Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, offering a structured work environment that fosters professional development and teamwork. Key Responsibilities

• Assess and fulfill the specific goals and needs of each patient through comprehensive evaluations and individualized treatment plans.
• Manage a patient load of one individual per hour, ensuring focused and quality care.
• Utilize your expertise in orthopedic outpatient therapy to deliver effective, cost-efficient treatment options that enhance patients' motion and mobility, while minimizing reliance on medications.
• Develop and implement care plans that incorporate a range of treatment techniques tailored to the unique needs of each patient.
• Design and customize fitness and wellness programs to promote long-term health benefits for patients.
• Document all services provided thoroughly to maintain accurate patient records and enhance continuity of care.
• Evaluate treatment effectiveness regularly, monitor patient progress, and adapt treatment plans as necessary to encourage optimal rehabilitation outcomes.
• Encourage a healthy lifestyle by helping patients improve their strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for our patients.
• Stay committed to ongoing education and application of evidence-based interventions that uphold the highest standards of practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient demographic primarily consists of individuals seeking orthopedic rehabilitation due to sports injuries, post-surgical recovery, or chronic musculoskeletal conditions. You will work with a diverse range of clients, each requiring a tailored approach to maximize their recovery potential and restore their quality of life.

Qualifications

• Minnimum of a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of California.
• No board or disciplinary actions against your license.
• Strong manual therapy skills along with a solid understanding of therapeutic exercises.
• Proficiency in using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software such as WebPT.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with patients.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in an orthopedic outpatient clinic or similar setting is highly preferred.
• Experience in creating and implementing innovative rehabilitation programs that enhance patient outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 125,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
