In this full-lifecycle recruitment role, you won't just fill open requisitions—you will own the talent ecosystem. From sourcing niche technical aerospace talent in a compliance-driven environment to designing panel interview kits, building academic pipelines, and leveraging AI tools, you will be the driving force behind SyberJet's employer brand and candidate experience.Key ResponsibilitiesFull-Lifecycle Recruiting & Pipeline Building End-to-End Recruitment: Manage full-lifecycle recruiting across technical, engineering, manufacturing, trade, and corporate positions while navigating regulatory and compliance requirements.Passive Talent Sourcing: Utilize creative, non-traditional sourcing strategies to engage passive talent in specialized aerospace, defense, and manufacturing sectors.AI & Tech Integration: Leverage modern AI-driven recruitment tools, platforms, and automation to streamline candidate matching, outreach, and administrative workflows.Selection, Interviewing & Selection Tools Structured Interviewing: Design customized job descriptions, panel interview guides, behavioral interview questions, and standardized candidate evaluation scorecards.Hiring Manager Coaching: Train and guide hiring managers and interview panels on structured interviewing techniques, objective evaluation, candidate engagement, and compliance.Screening & Assessment: Conduct thorough preliminary screenings to assess technical fit, regulatory/security clearance eligibility, and cultural alignment.Outreach, Partnerships & Brand Advocacy Academic & Community Partnerships: Establish and nurture relationships with local high schools, trade schools, colleges, and universities to build ongoing pipelines for entry-level talent.Internships & Apprenticeships: Design, manage, and expand SyberJet's internship and apprenticeship programs to build a sustainable internal talent pipeline.Employer Branding: Represent SyberJet at industry conventions, career fairs, trade shows, and local networking events.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Human Relations or a related field.Experience: 5+ years of full-lifecycle Talent Acquisition experience, with demonstrated success operating within a highly regulated environment (e.g., Aerospace/Aviation, Defense, FAA/ITAR-regulated, Manufacturing, Engineering, or Healthcare).Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of compliance guidelines, legal recruitment standards, background check protocols, and regulatory constraints relevant to regulated industries (e.g., ITAR, EEO/OFCCP, FAA clearance).HR Team Mindset: Experience working in a lean, fast-paced HR environment where versatility, ownership, and cross-functional collaboration are key. Ability and desire to wear multiple hats, jump in and help the HR team when needed.Tools & Technology: Hands-on experience with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), AI-powered sourcing tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, and automated candidate engagement tools.
