Corporate Associate

Cozen O’Connor seeks an associate to join its Corporate Practice Group in the Washington D.C. office. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience focused on mergers & acquisitions, equity financing, commercial contracting, and general corporate governance work, as well as an interest in working on cross-border transactions and working with Israel-related clients. Excellent credentials, strong communication skills, excellent work ethic and can-do attitude required. Good standing to practice in Washington, D.C. also required. The salary range for this role is $210,000 - $265,000 and represents the Firm’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
