Clinical Trial Associate (Study Start-Up Support)

ICON Strategic Solutions seeks a Clinical Trial Associate for study start-up support in Cary, NC or Conshohocken, PA. The role focuses on vendor coordination, spreadsheet management, and administrative oversight within a sponsor-dedicated clinical operations model.
Responsibilities
- Complete and process vendor spreadsheets according to study team guidelines
- Attend weekly study team meetings to report on vendor spreadsheet status
- Participate in vendor management activities and coordination
- Train others on study administration procedures as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent clinical trial experience
- Prior clinical trial support experience at CRO or pharmaceutical company
- Vendor management experience with strong communication and organizational skills
- Working knowledge of clinical study processes and ICH/GCP guidelines
- Advanced computer proficiency and ability to multitask in high-volume environment
- Team-oriented with flexibility to respond to shifting priorities
