Delivery Manager

Role Description

Stay Group is an innovative Marketing Company that builds and scales products in the iGaming industry across multiple Tier 1 markets. We operate a portfolio of 9+ brands across both White Label and proprietary platforms. As our products continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager who will take ownership of cross-functional delivery, ensuring that product initiatives are executed efficiently, dependencies are managed proactively, and teams stay aligned from planning to successful release.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Delivery Manager, Program Manager, Project Manager, or similar role in a fast-paced product environment.
• Proven experience managing delivery across multiple cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, hybrid approaches).
• Experience coordinating complex product launches involving multiple business departments.
• Ability to identify delivery risks early and proactively manage dependencies.
• Experience working closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, Engineering, Design, and Operations teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including interaction with senior leadership.
• Experience leading third-party integrations and coordinating external vendors.
• Strong analytical thinking and process improvement mindset.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and modern project management tools.
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher.

Requirements

• Experience within iGaming, Betting, or other high-load digital products.
• Experience working with White Label platforms (SoftSwiss or similar).
• Experience launching products across multiple brands and GEOs.
• Experience building or optimizing delivery processes from scratch.
• Practical experience using AI tools and automations to improve delivery workflows.

Responsibilities

• Delivery Management:
  • Own end-to-end delivery across Product, Development, CRM, Payments, Casino, Design, Content, Support, Risk, and other business teams.
  • Ensure product initiatives are delivered on time while maintaining transparency across all stakeholders.
  • Coordinate cross-functional execution and prevent delivery gaps between departments.
• Delivery Process Ownership:
  • Own and continuously improve the company's delivery framework.
  • Manage delivery workflows, boards, statuses, ceremonies, and planning processes.
  • Ensure teams consistently follow agreed delivery standards and methodologies.
• Cross-functional Coordination:
  • Facilitate launch planning, delivery kick-offs, and cross-team synchronization.
  • Identify dependencies between teams and proactively remove delivery blockers.
  • Maintain alignment across engineering and business functions throughout the project lifecycle.
• Planning & Risk Management:
  • Build realistic delivery timelines based on business milestones and team capacity.
  • Maintain delivery roadmaps and risk registers.
  • Proactively identify execution risks and provide mitigation options before issues impact delivery.
• Continuous Process Improvement:
  • Analyze recurring delivery bottlenecks and implement improvements.
  • Facilitate retrospectives and transform findings into measurable process enhancements.
  • Continuously optimize delivery efficiency across teams.
• Product & Brand Launches:
  • Own delivery execution for new brand launches, GEO expansions, and major product releases.
  • Coordinate launch readiness across all participating departments.
  • Maintain standardized launch checklists, documentation, and delivery playbooks.
• Vendor & Platform Management:
  • Coordinate delivery with external vendors and White Label platform providers.
  • Manage third-party integrations from planning through successful implementation.
  • Track vendor deliverables and ensure commitments are met.
• AI & Automation:
  • Identify opportunities to automate delivery workflows.
  • Implement AI-powered solutions for documentation, reporting, launch readiness, and process optimization.
