Bring your ambition to the table as we unlock new doors together, taking your career to the next level.**Bring your experience and be empowered to innovate.**As a**Creative Director** on the **Creative** team, a typical day for you will include:* Develop campaign concepts, creative platforms, and big ideas across multiple brands* Translate marketing goals into compelling creative for print, digital, and video formats* Develop creative vision for all brands and execute creative work, including art direction and copywriting* Provide direction, feedback, and oversight to designers and Jr. Creative Director* Ensure all creative output aligns with brand standards and campaign objectives* Act as lead creative point of contact for any agency productions* Partner with marketing and brand teams to shape messaging and creative strategy* Present creative concepts and rationale to brand leadership and stakeholders* Use performance data and insights to refine creative approaches* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to set Creative vision for Neighborly brands**Bring your skills and be inspired to achieve success.*** **Experience:** + 8–12+ years of experience in creative roles (agency or in-house) + Extensive experience in creative tools like Adobe Creative Suite (including Photoshop, Indesign, Express) and AI tools for Creative development (ChatGPT, Runway, Copilot or similar) + Proven experience developing campaign concepts and creative platforms + Experience executing work across print, digital, and video + Strong portfolio demonstrating both concepting and execution capabilities* **Skills:** + Strong conceptual thinker with the ability to develop clear, compelling creative ideas + Ability to execute creative work across multiple formats with attention to detail + Strong communication and presentation skills + Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment* **Education:** + Bachelor’s degree in a Marketing or equivalent* **Schedule / in-office requirements:** + Hybrid working model; Monday-Wednesday in office, Thursday/Friday from home. + Our office locations are at: - 500 E John Carpenter Fwy, Irving, Tx - 1010 N University Parks Drive, Waco, Tx**Bring your goals and be enabled to reach them.*** Competitive Pay: Commensurate with experience* Schedule: Full-time M-F – 8 AM to 5 PM* Benefits: Check out our benefits offerings Neighborly | Benefits Guide* Financial Benefits: Equity and annual bonus opportunities* Perks: Paid time off, Paid holidays, Recess breaks, wellness programs*Neighborly is fully committed to Equal Employment Opportunity and to attracting, retaining, developing and promoting the most qualified employees without regard to their race, gender, color, religion, sexual orientation, national origin, age, physical or mental disability, citizenship status, veteran status, or any other characteristic prohibited by federal or state law.
